Orphan Home, thence running parallel with the easterly
boundary of said Home grounds and twenty-eight feet easterly
therefrom north eight degrees and fifty minutes west two
hundred sixty-seven and nine-tenths feet to a granite monu-
ment at a bend, thence north forty-nine degrees and fifty-eight
minutes west forty-two and nine-tenths feet to a steel post in
said fence, thence along the easterly boundary of said Home
grounds north eight degrees and fifty minutes west twenty-
four feet to an iron pipe, thence along the southwesterly
boundary of Lot No. 88 of Holmehurst, south fifty-four de-
grees and fifteen minutes east sixty-four and six-tenths feet
to a point, thence parallel with the easterly boundary of
said Home grounds south eight degrees and fifty minutes
east two hundred sixty-four and nine-tenths feet to a bolt in
Wade Avenue, thence along the northwesterly boundary of
said railroad Right of Way south forty-three degrees and
forty-five minutes west twenty-two and two-thirds feet to
the point of beginning, containing one-eighth of an acre of
land be the same, more or less; and

(2) Agree with said Association to connect the main
sewer line of the Association with the sewer line of said
Hospital for the purpose of taking care of all the sewerage
from the Association; for and in consideration of a convey-
ance by said Association to said Hospital, of the following
lot of land in fee simple, viz:

Beginning for the same at a point in the south line of the
land of the General German Orphan Association of the
State of Maryland, 68 feet more or less westerly from the
southeast corner of said land (said point of beginning also
being at the intersection of said south outline with the east-
ern outline of the right of way of the Catonsville Short Line
Railroad), and running thence easterly binding along said
southern outline 68 feet more or less to a pipe driven in the
ground (being also the southeast corner of the land of said
Orphan Association); and running thence north 42 degrees
and 15 minutes east 460 feet and 3 inches to a point where it
intersects the south 8 degrees and 50 minutes east 1270 foot
line, it being the easterly outline of the land of said Orphan
Association; and running thence north 8 degrees and 50
minutes west 87 feet more or less to the easterly outline of
said right of way of the Catonsville Shore Line Railroad;
and running thence in a general southwesterly and southerly
direction and following along the eastern outline of the right
of way of said Catonsville Short Line Railroad, a total of
568 feet more or less to a south outline of the land of the
Orphan Association, the place of beginning.
