1554 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 908

deen by Act of the Legislature of Maryland in 1939, and
thence leaving the center of The Old Post Road, binding
on the Rigdon lands according to the lines of the 1939 Act
with courses referred to the true meridian as established
by Norton, Bird and Whitman on September 24, 1919:
North 29° 49' West 2270. 02 feet a point in the southeasterly
outlines of the right of way of the Philadelphia Branch
of The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, and said point being
South 29° 49' East and distant 162. 22 feet from a native
stone now set; and thence running with and binding on the
said side of the said Railroad's right of way; South 58° 17'
West 1443. 61 feet to intersect the tenth line of the parcel
of land described in Section 2, Chapter 680 of the Legis-
lative Act of 1916, and thence leaving the outlines of the
land described in the Act of 1939, crossing the Philadelphia
Branch of The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, running with
the aforesaid tenth line, magnetically as of 1940: North
55° 51' West 100. 13 feet to a concrete monument marked
"ATL-1929" heretofore set, and thence leaving The Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad, binding on the original limits of
the Town of Aberdeen, and magnetically as of 1940:
North 52° 00' West 2408. 40 feet to a concrete monument
marked "ATL-1929" and heretofore set on the southeast
side of the public road leading from Aberdeen to Paradise
Corner; and South 38° 40' West 998. 14 feet to a point
in the center of the said road, and thence leaving the same:
North 43° 42' 15" West 22. 00 feet to a concrete monument
marked "ATL-1929" and heretofore set in or near the
northwest side of the said public road, and North 43° 42'
15" West 2184. 80 feet, South 18° 40' 30" West 1389. 00 to a
granite stone heretofore set, South 42° 17' 30" East 1813. 90
feet to a granite stone heretofore set, South 48° 36' West
1145. 40 feet to a granite stone heretofore set, and South
56° 08' East 763. 59 feet to a point in the northwest side
of the right of way of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad,
and thence leaving the original corporate limits of the
Town of Aberdeen and running for lines to include addi-
tional lands and also with the said side of the Railroad
right of way: South 66° 11' West 495. 93 feet, and thence
running across the right of way of the said Railroad, and
binding on the outlines of the parcel of land conveyed by
R. Oliver Preston, et al, to Adam Bonnett and Susie E.
Bonnett; South 56° 42' East 1264. 03 feet to the northwest
side of Bradford Road; and running thence with said side:
South 62° 50' West 17. 80 feet; and thence crossing the said
Bradford Road and binding on a parcel of land conveyed
by The Aberdeen Land and Improvement Company to
Melissa West by deed dated April 19, 1906, and recorded
among the Land Records of Harford County in Liber
