feet to a granite stone heretofore set, South 33° 11' 30"
West 256. 92 feet to a granite stone heretofore set, and
North 56° 32' 30" West 2. 43 to the northwest side of Law
Street; and thence leaving the last described conveyance to
Melissa West, and running with and binding on the said
northwest side of Law Street, South 33° 33' West 570. 58
feet to the southwest side of James Avenue as shown on a
plan of the subdivision known as "Halls Park" and recorded
among the Plat Records of Harford County in Plat Book
No. 2 folio 169; and thence running across Law Street,
binding on the said side of James Avenue and crossing the
Maryland Division of The Pennsylvania Railroad: South
56° 27' East 1878. 37 feet to the southwest side of the right
of way of the said Railroad; and thence running with and
binding on the same with courses referred to the true
meridian: North 24° 13' 20" East 810. 69 feet; and thence
leaving the right of way of the said Railroad and running
through and across the lands of The United States of
America now comprising the right of way leading to the
Aberdeen Proving Ground: South 52° 48' 10" East 571. 30
feet to a concrete monument heretofore set and known as
No. 84; and thence with the northeast side of the last
mentioned right of way: South 52° 48' 10" East 563. 34
feet to the place of beginning, according to surveys by
Somerville and Somerville in March, 1939, December, 1940,
and February and March, 1943; excepting and saving
therefrom, however, all the lands owned by The United-
States of America and comprising part of the right of way
leading to The Aberdeen Proving Ground.

The Commissioners of Aberdeen shall maintain suitable
markers to designate the boundary lines of said Town and
shall cause to be made plats of said Town to be recorded
among the Land Records in the Circuit Court for Harford
County as other plats are now recorded and copies of the
plats so recorded, duly certified by the Clerk of said Court,
shall be admitted as evidence by all courts within the State
of Maryland.

3. All citizens of the United States residing within the
corporate limits of the Town of Aberdeen, above the age
of twenty-one (21) years, who are assessed with at least
One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) worth of real or personal
property on the tax books of said town and whose taxes
due and in arrears shall have been paid, shall hold an elec-
tion on the first Saturday of May, 1944, and every two (2)
years thereafter for five (5) Commissioners who must be
freeholders and qualified voters of said town and who shall
have resided therein for six (6) months next preceding
