HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 1553

BEGINNING for the same at a concrete monument here-
tofore set and marked "US" on the southeast of the right
of way leading from Aberdeen, Maryland, to The Aberdeen
Proving Ground, said monument being also at the end of
the SOUTH 29° 02' WEST 1786. 00 feet line of that parcel
of land conveyed by Ryland L. Mitchell, et al, to The United
States of America, and thence leaving the said right of way,
reversing the last described line and binding on the last
mentioned parcel of land, magnetically as of 1940; North
29° 02' 00" East 1786. 00 feet to a concrete monument cen-
tered with a brass bar, and still with said parcel of land;
South 66° 51' 45" East 333. 92 feet to a concrete monument
centered with a brass bar at the end of the North 66° 51' 45"
West. 756. 56 feet line of a parcel of land conveyed by S. M.
Osborn, et al, to the United States of America, and thence
leaving the conveyance from Ryland L. Mitchell, et al, and
binding on the conveyance from S. M. Osborn, et al;
North 54° 36' East 447. 25 feet to a stone heretofore set and
marked "B"; and North 54° 36' East 171. 67 feet to a con-
crete stone heretofore set and centered with a brass bar,
in or near the northwest side of the public road leading
from Aberdeen to The Aberdeen Proving Ground; and
North 54° 36' East 15. 05 feet to the center of the said
public road, and thence binding thereon; South 47° 41'
East to intersect the South 40° 45' West 1250. 00 feet line
of the original corporate limit of the town of Aberdeen;
and thence leaving the center of the said public road and
running with the last mentioned line and reversing the
same to the end of the South 45° 16' West 107. 67 feet line
of that territory added to the town of Aberdeen by the
1920 Act of the Legislature of Maryland, and thence run-
ning with the land as described in said Act, reversing the
lines thereof and referred to the true meridian, and running
down the southerly side of a small branch: North 45° 16'
East 107. 67 feet, more or less, North 53° 23' East 124. 35
feet, North 84° 23' East 16. 00 feet, South 71° 06' East
56. 32 feet, South 66° 31' East 103. 12 feet, South 70° 06'
East 80. 84 feet, North 81° 04' East 82. 76 feet, North 64° 34'
East 49. 66 feet, North 70° 40' East 150. 11 feet, North 66°
07' East 177. 70 feet, South 87° 29' East 64. 50 feet, and
North 87° 25' East 146. 35 feet to a concrete monument and
the lands of Claude L. Rigdon; and thence binding on the
said Rigdon land; North 30° 08' West 1242. 43 feet to a
concrete monument heretofore set in or near the
southeast side of the public road leading from
Aberdeen to Havre de Grace and known as The Post Road;
and North 30° 08' West 22. 37 feet to the center of the
said road and to the end of the North 49° 29' East 889. 56
feet line of that parcel of land added to the Town of Aber-
