CHAPTER 581.
(Senate Bill 485)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 16-21, inclusive, of Article 10
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Bridges",
sub-heading "Bridge at Choptank".

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
effective; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 16-21, inclusive, of Article 10
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Bridges",
sub-heading "Bridge at Choptank", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 28, 1941.

CHAPTER 582.
(Senate Bill 486)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 436 to 448, inclusive, of Arti-
cle 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title
"Railroads", said sections authorizing the County Com-
missioners of Dorchester County to subscribe to the
stock of the Cambridge and Chesapeake Railroad Com-
pany.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 436 to 448, inclusive, of Article
10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Railroads",
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.
