CHAPTER 583.

(Senate Bill 487)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 362 to 364, inclusive, of Article
10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Licenses",
said sections requiring a license to sell carriages,
wagons, etc., in Dorchester County, not manufactured
in the State.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 362 to 364, inclusive, of Article
10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Licenses",
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 28, 1941.

CHAPTER 584.
(Senate Bill 488)

AN ACT to repeal Section 213 of Article 10 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (T930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", Sub-title "Cruelty to Animals".

WHEREAS, the provisions of said section has been
superseded by State-wide law and is no longer effective;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 213 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals", be and
it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 28, 1941.
