(Senate Bill 483)

AN ACT to repeal Section 404 of Article 10 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", sub-title "Notaries".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 404 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County", sub-title "Notaries", be and it i&
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 580.
(Senate Bill 484)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 397 and 398 of Article 10 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Mills", said
sections relating to horse mills.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 397 and 398 of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County", sub-title "Mills", be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.
