or S 0°30' E 376. 60 foot line of the tract of land described
in a deed from the State of Maryland to the United States

ment now planted at the end thereof, thence binding along
the third line of the tract of land described in the last

feet to the end thereof, thence binding on a part of the
fourth line of the tract of land described in the last men-
tioned deed as now surveyed: N 6°33'12" E 9. 49 feet
thence leaving said fourth line by a line hereby established
as a right of way line the five following courses and dis-
tances, viz.: by a curve to the left having a radius of
1412. 40 feet for a distance of 587. 47 feet, said curve being
subtended by a chord: N 84°46' E 583. 26 feet, N. 721351'
E 256. 04 feet by a curve to th6 right having a radius of
1452. 40 feet for a distance of 531. 33 feet, said curve being
subtended by a chord N 83°19'48. 5" E528. 30 feet, S
86°11'23" E 175. 99 feet and N 67°07'40" E 111. 40 feet to
intersect the west side of the Baltimore-Washington
Boulevard thence binding along the aforesaid westerly side
of the Baltimore-Washington Boulevard as now surveyed:
S 3S°58'37" W 81. 00 feet to interest the aforesaid base line
of right of way at Station 26+58. 83 thence continuing
along said westerly side of the Baltimore-Washington Bou-
levard as now surveyed: S 33°58'37" W 81. 00 feet thence
leaving said westerly side of the Baltimore-Washington
Boulevard by a line hereby established as a right of way
line the sixteen following courses and distances, viz.: N
16°06'20" W 53. 21 feet, N 86"11'23" W 175. 99 feet by a
