land be, and they are hereby authorized to convey to the
State of Maryland to the use of the State Roads Commis-
sion, by a proper deed, all the right, title and estate of
the State of Maryland for the use of the University of
Maryland, in and to the following land situated at College
Park, in Prince George's County, in the State of Maryland,
, and more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING for the same at a point in the fourth or
S 4°16'40" E 176. 77 foot line of the tract of land described
in a deed from Mary E. Engle et al to the State of Mary-
land to the use of the University of Maryland dated April
. 25, 1934 and recorded among the land records of Prince
George's County in Liber 405 Folio 175 said point of be-
ginning being situated 56. 16 feet from a concrete monu-
ment now planted at the beginning of said fourth line,
. said point of beginning being also the intersection of said
fourth line with the base line of right of way at Station
10+40. 20 as said base line of right of way is delineated
on the State Roads Commission's Plat Nos. 4617, 4618
and 4619, attached hereto, said base line of right of way
being identical with the center line as shown on the plans
on file at the office of the State Roads Commission at Bal-
timore entitled, "Plans and Profile, Relocation of Univer-
sity Lane thru College Park, Prince George's County, Con-
tract No. P-374-1-811" and approved by Wilson T. Ballard,
Chief Engineer, dated August 26, 1940, and running thence
and binding reversely on a part of the aforesaid fourth
line, as now surveyed: N 3°01'40" E 44. 22 feet, thence
leaving said fourth line by a line hereby established as a
right of way line the two following courses and distances,
viz.: N 45°45' E 137. 94 and by a curve to the right hav-
ing a radius of 848. 51 feet for a distance of 294. 92 feet,
said curve being subtended by a chord: N 55°42'30" E
: 293. 43 feet to intersect the second or S 85°43'20" W 176. 77
foot line of the aforesaid tract of land described in the
hereinbefore mentioned deed, thence binding reversely
on a part of said second line, as now surveyed:
S 86°57'36" E 70. 45 feet to intersect the hereinbefore
mentioned base line of right of way at Station 15+57. 52,
thence continuing reversely on a part of said second line,
as now surveyed: S 86°57'36" E 47. 00 feet to a concrete
monument now planted at the beginning of said second
line said concrete monument being also a point in the
third or N 45°00' E 181. 5 perch line of the tract of land
described in a deed from William O. Eversfield and wife
to Theodore P. Engle dated October 15, 1877 and recorded
among the land records of Prince George's County in
Liber H. B. -12 Folio 646, thence binding on a part of said
