TOGETHER with the right to create, use and maintain
on the area of land shown hatched thus ////// on the
hereinbefore mentioned plat Nos. 4617, 4618 and 4619 such
drainage structures and facilities as are necessary to ade-
quately drain the roadway and/or adjacent property and
such slopes as are necessary to retain said roadway and/or
adjacent property.

TOGETHER with the right to create, use and maintain
on or across the adjacent land of the grantors such water-
ways and/or inlets and outlets as are necessary for the
drainage structures indicated in the upper left hand cor-
ner of the attached Plat Nos. 4617, 4618 and 4619.

TOGETHER with any right, title or interest in and to
the bed of the existing Baltimore-Washington Boulevard
adjacent to the above described parcel of land lying be-
tween the extreme right of way lines as: shown on the at-
tached Plat No. 4619.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1941.
