of land now a part of the State Teachers College property
in Towson for use as a public highway of Baltimore County
and also a right-of-way over a part of said property for Met-
ropolitan District services in Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Public Works is hereby authorized
and empowered to convey to the County Commissioners of Bal-
timore County to be used by the said County Commissioners
of Baltimore County as an extension and part of Alabama
Road, a public highway in Baltimore County, and to complete
Alabama Road as it now exists from the east property line of
Southland Hills to the east property line of Bosley Avenue,
the following described piece or parcel of land now owned by
the State of Maryland as a part of the property of the State
Teachers College in Towson:

All that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in
the 9th Election District of Baltimore County and described
as follows, to wit:

Being and comprising a portion of the bed of Alabama Road
Extended from the East property line of Southland Hills to
the East property line of Bosley Avenue.

Beginning for the same at a pipe now planted at the end of
the 13th or South 80 degrees West 606 foot line of that tract
of land which by deed dated January 25, 1913 and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P.
C. No. 407, Folio No. 156 &c was conveyed by John J. Nelligan
and Mary C. Nelligan, his wife, to the State of Maryland,
thence running with and binding reversely on part of said 13th
line North 87 degrees 01 minute 22 seconds East 426. 64 feet to
a pipe planted at the intersection formed by the East property
line of Bosley Avenue with the said 13th line, thence leaving
said 13th line and running for lines of division the four fol-
lowing courses and distances, to wit: South 13 degrees 27
minutes 27 seconds West 36. 58 feet to an iron bar, thence
south 86 degrees 20 minutes 51 seconds West 314. 38 feet to an
iron bar, thence by a line curving to the right with a radius of
406. 40 feet for a distance of 109. 01 feet (the chord of said arc
being North 85 degrees 58 minutes 09 seconds West 108. 69
feet) to an iron bar thence North 78 degrees 17 minutes 03
seconds West 1. 52 feet to a cross mark on the top of a stone
wall there situate, and to intersect the 14th or South 124 de-
grees West 152 foot 9 inch line of the above mentioned con-
veyance at a point distant 26. 22 feet from the beginning of
said 14th line, thence running with and binding reversely on
part of said 14th line North 13 degrees 27 minutes 12 seconds
East 26. 22 feet to the place of beginning.

Containing. 3551 acres of land more or less.
