pipe being Coordinate Station No. 11816, the coordinates of
which are north 17072. 36, east 23369. 31; thence continuing
with the center line of Primrose Road in a southerly direction
about 800 feet to Coordinate Station No. 11818, the coordinates
of which are north 16434. 60, east 23846. 55; thence continuing
with the center line of Primrose Road south 28 degrees 23

rose Road is intersected by the second or northmost line of a
