Ferry Road about 3, 400 feet to the junction of the Hollins
Ferry Road; thence continuing with the said Hammonds
Ferry Road northerly about 9, 300 feet to intersect the center
line of Woodlawn Avenue; thence westerly about 1, 700 feet to
intersect the center line of the abandoned W. B. & A. Railway
at the point where the center of the Camp Meade Road passes
tinder the same; thence with the center line of the said aban-
doned W. B. & A. Railway northerly about 1, 4001eet to inter-
sect the center line of the county road leading toward Blacks
School, now known as Andover road; thence with the center
line of said Andover road northwesterly about 4, 700 feet to
the boundary line between the properties of the R. L. Shipley
Estate and the property of Andrew Walinski; thence with the
boundary line between the R. L. Shipley Estate and the prop-
erty of Andrew Walinski northerly to the southwestmost
corner of the property of the Shipley Heights Development
Company; thence with the outlines of Shipley Heights North
18 degrees 44' East 852. 4 feet South 71 degrees 04' East 833. 95
feet to a white oak, North 23 degrees 49' East 1, 438. 43 feet to
a stone, North 74 degrees 26' East 669. 12 feet to a stone, the
said stone also being a boundary of Linthicum Heights Annex;
thence with the outlines of Linthicum Heights Annex North
74 degrees 15' East 160. 7 feet to a stone at the southwest
corner of Kingston Heights; thence with the same as shown on
a plat of sub-division, northerly 1, 364. 5 feet; thence easterly
1, 510 feet, more or less, to a point 200 feet west of the center
line of the Hammonds Ferry State Road; thence parallel to
and 200 feet westerly from the said Hammonds Ferry Road
north about 7400 feet to the point of beginning.

Beginning for the second part at a point on the southeast
shore of Spa Creek and in the center line of the bridge leading
from Annapolis to Eastport, and running thence with the
southeast shore of Spa Creek, the said southeast shore being
also the Annapolis City Boundary Line, southwesterly to a
point where the said southeast shore of Spa Creek intersects
the center line of the old Bay Bridge Railroad; thence leaving
the Annapolis City Boundary Line and continuing with the
said shore line and the northwest boundary lines of Truxton
Park, north 88 degrees 45 minutes west 312. 82 feet, south 72
degrees 48 minutes west 48. 51 feet, south 51 degrees 15 minutes
west 240 feet, south 17 degrees 50 minutes east 152. 3 feet,
south 24 degrees 55 minutes west 110. 41 feet, north 86 minutes
52 seconds west 107. 67 feet, south 57 degrees 30 minutes west
52. 13 feet, south 22 degrees 48 minutes west 201. 9 feet, south
46 degrees 49 minutes west 31. 37 feet, south 20 degrees 06
minutes west 83. 18 feet, south 73 degrees 9 minutes west 52. 13
feet; thence leaving the southeast shore of Spa Creek and
