with the said seventh line, the reverse thereof, south 69 de-
grees 30 minutes east 335 feet; thence with the sixth line of
the said conveyance, the reverse thereof, south 77 degrees east
628 feet to the tide water of Back Creek; thence with the west
shore of Back Creek in a general northerly direction to the
Severn River; thence with the Severn River northeasterly to
Horn Point; thence with the shore line of the Severn River
northwesterly to Spa Creek; thence with the southeast shore
of Spa Creek southwesterly to the beginning, containing 876
acres of land, more or less.

Beginning for the third part at a concrete monument hereto-
fore planted near the south side of West Street Extended and
on the approximate center line of the Chinquapin Round Road,
the said monument being known as Coordinate Station No.
11328; the coordinates of the said monument being North
23046. 09, East 16586. 62; and running from thence south 85
degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds east 375. 83 feet to a concrete
monument known as Coordinate Station No. 11327, also set
near the south side of West Street Extended; thence leaving
West Street Extended and running with the center line of
Cowhide Road, north 02 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds east
477. 34 feet to the center line of the abandoned W. B. & A.
Electric R, R. right-of-way; thence with the center line of the
said right-of-way south 82 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds east
about 1100 feet to a point where the second line of a deed from
Eugene P. Childs, et al. to the Board of Education, dated
October 12, 1938, recorded among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel County, Liber F. A. M. 191, folio 317, as produced
in a southerly direction to intersect the center line of the afore-
mentioned Railroad right-of-way; thence running with the said
second line as produced north 29 degrees 34 minutes east 63
feet to the beginning of the said second line; thence running
with the said second line north 29 degrees 34 minutes east 701. 93
feet; thence with the third line of the aforementioned deed
south 68 degrees 26 minutes east 437 feet; thence with the
fourth line of the said deed north 23 degrees 24 minutes east
618. 01 feet to the southmost side of Cedar Park Road; thence
continuing on the same line as produced north 23 degrees 34
minutes east 230 feet to a point 200 feet north of the north-
most side of Cedar Park Road; thence running in an easterly
and southeasterly direction 200 feet northerly from and
parallel to Cedar Park Road about 2650 feet to the north-
westmost line of the Thomas Upton Westbrook property;
thence with the said northwestmost line of the Westbrook
property about 140 feet to the end thereof; thence running
parallel to and 200 feet westerly from the westmost side of
Taylor Street in a northerly direction about 600 feet; thence
