through sub-divisions known as Curtis Heights, Hillcrest,
Brooklyn Heights, and Roland Terrace, south 39 degrees 35
minutes 55 seconds east 6945. 01 feet to intersect the north
68 degrees 32 minutes east line of the outline of Roland Ter-
race at a point distant south 68 degrees 32 minutes west 10. 38
feet from a stone at the easternmost corner of the whole tract
of Roland Terrace; thence continuing with the boundary line
of Baltimore City south 39 degrees 35 minutes 55 seconds east
about 5500 feet to the end of the said south 39 degrees 35
minutes 55 seconds east line of Baltimore City; thence con-
tinuing with the boundary line between Baltimore City and
Anne Arundel County in a southeasterly direction about 1300
feet to intersect the division line between Election District
No. 3 and Election District No. 5 of Anne Arundel County;
at a point in the center of Curtis Creek; thence leaving Balti-
more City boundary line and running with the boundary line
between the 3rd and 5th Election Districts of Anne Arundel
County in a southeasterly, southerly and southwesterly direc-
tion about 21, 500 feet with the center of Curtis Creek and
Marley Creek to a point where the boundary line between
the 3rd and 5th Election Districts is intersected by the center
of a state road leading from Westport to Annapolis; thence
continuing with the center of said Marley Greek and leaving
the boundary line between the 3rd and 5th Election Districts
of Anne Arundel County southwesterly to the westernmost
line of the right-of-way of the Baltimore and Annapolis Rail-
road Company; thence following the said west line of the said
right of way northwesterly to intersect the center line of
Aquehart road produced southeasterly, thence with the said
line produced, reversely, in a northwesterly direction to and
along the center line of the said Aquehart road for a distant
of about 3, 200 feet to intersect the southeasterly boundaries
of the property of F. A. Griffith, thence with the outlines of
said F. A. Griffith property South 29 degrees 45' West 250
feet, more or less; thence South 71 degrees 59' West 145 feet;
thence North 17 degrees 00' West 742. 5 feet; thence with the
boundary line of the property of H. F. Wade South 50 degrees
30' West 260 feet, North 60 degrees 31' West 742. 5 feet to
the center line of the Light Street road; thence with the said
Light Street Road South 16 degrees 31' West 280 feet, more
or less; thence with the south boundary line of Glen Burnie
Heights North 60 degrees 03' West 1861. 63 feet to a stone;
thence continuing with the boundary lines of Glen Burnie
Heights South O degrees 12' West 567. 02 feet; thence South
88 degrees 54' West 1331 feet to the center of a county road
known as the Hammonds Ferry Road; thence with the center
line of said Hammonds Ferry Road northerly to the point
where the southmost fork of Sawmill Branch crosses the said
