Total Expenditures to be made by the State Roads DEDICATION OF EXCESS GASOLINE TAX, 1%
CENT, FOR THE FISCAL YEARS 1939 AND 1940: Counties has been apportioned in the same manner as the amounts provided to the Counties' use for the fiscal years 1942 and 1943, and represent excess gasoline tax l%c. receipts over the amount provided in the Budget for the fiscal year 1939, amounting to $260,605.40, and for the fiscal year 1940, amounting to $117,322.27; it being the intention hereby to have apportioned the total of $377,927.67 to the use of the Counties, to be administered by the State Roads Commission in the same manner and for the same purposes that 70% of the l%c. Gasoline Tax for the years 1942
and 1943 is appropriated to the Counties.
