of years now existing therein, under the tenth item of said
Will.

(c) To The Inner Mission Society of The Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity,
Incorporated, a body corporate, all that fee-simple lot or
parcel of ground and premises, situate, lying and being in
the City of Baltimore aforesaid, the improvements whereon
are now known as No. 3029 East Baltimore Street, together
with the annual ground-rent of Fifty-six dollars ($56.00),
issuing and payable thereout in even and equal half-yearly
installments on the first days of February and August in
each year, subject, however, to the leasehold estate, inter-
est and term of years now existing therein, under the elev-
enth item of the said Will.

(d) To Grace English Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate, the sum of
One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in cash, absolutely, and
the additional sum of Three hundred dollars ($300.00) in
cash, to be divided by it equally between the Elizabeth E.
Distler Memorial Guild, The Women's Missionary Society
and the King's Daughters Society, three (3) organizations
connected with the said Church, under the twelfth item of
the said Will.

(e) To The President and Directors of the General
German Aged Peoples' Home of Baltimore City, a body
corporate, the sum of Five hundred dollars ($500.00) in
cash, under the thirteenth item of the said Will.

(f) To The General German Orphan Association
of the State of Maryland, a body corporate, the sum of Five
hundred dollars ($500.00) in cash, under the fourteenth
item of the said Will.

107. To the gifts, devises and bequests contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Adriel Austin Baird, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, said Will being dated October 9,
1940, and duly recorded in the Office of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 202,
Folio 239, etc., as follows :—

(a) To the Grace English Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate, the sum of Six
hundred dollars ($600.00) in cash, under the second item
of the said Will.

(b) To The Inner Mission Society of the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity,
Incorporated, a body corporate, the sum of Six hundred
dollars ($600.00) in cash, under the third item of the said
Will.

(c) To the Tressler Orphans' Home of The Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of The General Synod in The
