1020 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 596

104. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Tes-
tament of William Nordhoff, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 194, Folio 364, viz:

(a) Five hundred dollars ($500. 00) to the First
Church of Christ, Scientist, of Baltimore City, to be used
as a contribution to its Fourth Church building fund.

105. To the bequest contained in the will of Elia Leib
Darby, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the
Office of the Register of Wills for said City, in Wills Liber
J. H. B. No. 197, Folio No. 202, viz:

(a) Four thousand dollars ($4, 000. 00) to the First
Church of Christ, Scientist, of Baltimore City.

(b) All the rest and residue of said estate of every
kind and description, wherever situated, one-third (1/3) to
John Finlay McCoy, nephew, one-third (1/3) to Robert R.
Roberts, cousin and one-third (1/3) to the First Church of
Christ, Scientist, of Baltimore City.

106. To the gifts, devises and bequests contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Mary C. Kopp, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, said Will being dated December 3rd, 1938
and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 200, Folio No.
110, etc., as follows:—

(a) To the Tressler Orphans' Home of the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of the General Synod in The
United States of America, a body corporate, situate at Loys-
ville, in the State of Pennsylvania, all that fee-simple lot
or parcel of ground and premises, situate, lying and being
in the City of Baltimore aforesaid, the improvements where-
on are now known as No. 3704 Foster Avenue, together with
the annual ground-rent of Forty-two dollars ($42.00)
issuing and payable thereout in even and equal half-yearly
installments on the first days of January and July in each
year, subject, however, to the lease-hold and interest and
term of years now existing therein, under the ninth item
of the said Will.

(b) To the Hospital for Consumptives of Mary-
land (commonly known as Eudowood Sanatorium), a body
corporate, all that fee-simple lot or parcel of ground and
premises, situate, lying and being in the City of Baltimore
aforesaid, the improvements whereon are now known as
Number 141 South Eaton Street, together with the annual
ground-rent of Forty-eight dollars ($48.00) issuing and
payable thereout in even and equal half-yearly installments
on the first days of February and August in each year, sub-
ject, however, to the leasehold estate and interest and term
