1022 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 596

United States of America, a body corporate, situate at Loys-
ville, in the State of Pennsylvania, the sum of Six hundred
dollars ($600.00) in cash, under the fourth item of the said
Will.

(d) To The Inner Mission Society of The Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City and Vicinity,
Incorporated, a body corporate, all the rest, residue and
remainder of the property and estate of the said deceased,
of whatsoever kind, nature and description, real, personal
and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, under
the eleventh item of the said Will.

108. To the gift, devise and bequest contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Henry D. Eidman, late of the
City of Baltimore, deceased, said Will being dated July 29,
1935, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B. No. 199,
Folio 443, etc., as follows:

(a) To St. Paul's English Lutheran Church, a
body corporate, the sum of One thousand dollars ($1,000.00)
in cash, under the third item of the said Will.

109. To the bequest of Guiseppe Cascio and Guisppina
Cascio, his wife, to the Most Reverend Michael Joseph
Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the
time being, and his successors in the Archepiscopal See of
Baltimore, according to the discipline and government of
the Roman Catholic Church, a corporation sole, recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City on or about
February 17, 1941, conveying property beginning on the
east side of Caroline Street at a distance of 76 feet northerly
from the north side of Eager Street, which place of begin-
ning is in the center of the partition wall between the house
on the lot now being described and the house next adjoin-
ing thereto on the south; running thence northerly binding
on the east side of Caroline Street 28 feet; thence easterly
parallel with Eager Street 80 feet to a 10 foot alley there
situated; thence southerly binding on said alley, with the
use thereof in common, 28 feet; and thence westerly to and
through the center of said partition wall 80 feet to the place
of beginning; the improvements thereon being known as
No. 1009 North Caroline Street; a portion of which is in
fee-simple on a portion leasehold.

110. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and Tes-
tament of James H. Farren, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 196, Folio 244,
viz:

(a) Reverend Leonard J. Ripple
