11. 6 feet from a large white oak tree, anciently marked with
three notches, also marked with the letter "C"; then still with
the property lines of said Celanese Corporation, in a South-
easterly direction to a concrete monument on the North side
of the Brady Road, opposite a Southeasterly direction, to a
concrete monument, set as a corner of said Celanese Corpora-
tion and the right of way limits, on the North side, of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; then leaving said property
lines of the Celanese Corporation and running the Western
right of way limits of said Railroad, in a Southwesterly and
Southerly direction, about 4, 500 feet, to a small red oak tree,
marked with six notches and the letter "C", standing on the
South side of a ravine; then leaving said Railroad right of
way limits and running up said ravine, in a Westernly direc-
tion about 2, 000 feet to a concrete monument, standing on the
West side of the Winchester Road, set as a corner of the ceme-
tery for St. Ambrose's Church; then with the lines of said
cemetery, in a Northwesterly direction about 300 feet to a
concrete monument, also a corner of said cemetery; then leav-
ing the lines of said cemetery and running in a Northwesterly-
direction about 1, 100 feet to a large oak tree, marked with the
letter "C", standing on the East side of the aforementioned
McMullen Highway; then with said Highway with the Lone
Oak Road, about 1, 560 feet; then with said Lone Oak Road on
Westerly side, in a Northwesterly direction about 2, 700 feet to
the intersection with the Elliott Road; then in a Northerly
direction about 2, 000 feet to a Walnut tree, marked with six
notches, standing on the Southern slope of a hill; then in an
Easterly direction about 2, 500 feet to a rock on the West slope
of a hill, 100 feet East of the road leading from the National
Pike to Cresaptown; then running in a Southerly direction,
parallel to and 100 feet distant therefrom said road, about
800 feet to intersect Craddock's Property Line on the bank of
Warrior Run; then with said property line and in an Easterly
direction, to a large white oak tree, marked with six notches
and the letter "C", standing on the hillside west of the afore-
mentioned McMullen Highway; then S. 78 degrees E. to the
place of beginning.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the property with-
in the said corporate limits shall be subject to such taxes and
such changes as may be deemed necessary by the said Mayor
and Commissioners of Cresaptown or a majority of them in
order to support and maintain the expenses which may at any
time be incurred in the government and improvement of said
town.
