1006                       LAWS OF MARYLAND.                  [CH. 399

(6*4) inches, more or less, north of Fort Avenue with a
frontage northerly on Charles Street of ninety-six (96) feet
four and three-quarters (4%) inches, more or less, and a
depth westerly of even width, more or less, of seventy (70)
feet to the east side of four (4) foot alley; said property being
subject to the payment of eight annual rents each for the sum
of forty-five ($45. 00) dollars and all payable in equal semi-
annual installments on the first days of January and July in
each and every year.

68.      To the deed from The Trustees of Maryland Classis
of the Reformed Church in the United States, a body corporate
of the State of Maryland, to The Trustees of The Grace Re-
formed Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate of the
State of Maryland, dated April 12, 1928, recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4868,
folio 190, covering property in fee simple located at the south-
west corner of Fort Avenue and Clarkson Street with a front-
age westerly on the south side of Fort Avenue of sixty (60)
feet, more or less, and a depth southerly of even width of
sixty-nine (69) feet, more or less, to a three (3) foot alley.

69.     To the deed of assignment from Samuel A. Troxell to
The Trustees of The Grace Reformed Church of Baltimore
City, a body corporate of the State of Maryland dated March
10th, 1931, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5202, folio 163, covering two
properties known as Nos. 1400 and 1402 South Charles
Street; the first thereof located on the west side of Charles
Street three hundred and seven (307) feet north of Fort Ave-
nue with a frontage northerly of thirteen (13) feet and a
depth of even width westerly of seventy (70) feet to the east
side of a four (4) foot alley; the second being located on the
west side of Charles Street two hundred ninety-five (295)
feet north of Fort Avenue with a frontage northerly of twelve
(12) feet and a depth of even width westerly of seventy (70)
feet to the east side of a four (4) foot alley.

70.      To the deed dated April 30th, 1925, from Louis Cohen
and Rachel Cohen, his wife, of Baltimore City, to Adath Bnei
Israel Organization of Baltimore, Inc., and Adath Bnei Israel
Congregation of Baltimore City, Inc., corporations of the
State of Maryland, and recorded among the Land Records of
