71.     To the Deed dated February 4th, 1931, from Charles
L. Solomon, of Baltimore City, to Adath Bnei Israel Congre-
gation of Baltimore, Adath Bnei Israel Organization of Balti-
more, and Ladies Auxiliary of the Adath Bnei Israel of Balti-
more, all bodies corporate of the State of Maryland, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No, 5193, folio 370, and conveying property known
as No. 4 N. Broadway.

72.      To the following devise and bequest contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Richard J. White, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of said
city, November 27, 1929, and recorded in the Record of Wills,
Liber E. R. D. No. 165, folio 505.

To the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Homewood,
$3, 000. 00.

73.      To the gift, devise and bequest contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Francis A. White, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of said city,
February 25, 1930, and recorded in the Record of Wills,.
Liber E. R. D. No. 166, folio 372.

To the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Homewood,
$10, 000. 00.

74.      To the gift, devise and bequest contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Ellen A. Nicholson, Late of Baltimore
City, deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of said city,
August 4, 1930, and recorded in the Record of Wills, Liber
E. R. D. No. 167, folio 585.

To the Baltimore Monthly Meeting of Friends, Homewood,
$7, 000. 00, and the residue of her estate.

75.      To the following bequests to certain agencies of Grace
and St. Peter's Church of the City of Baltimore contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Bertha E. Rodenmayer, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court
of Baltimore City on the 11th day of January, 1929, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Liber E. R. D. No. 163, folio 190.
