63.      To the deed from Church Extension Society of the
Maryland Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant
Church, a body corporate to Bethesda Methodist Protestant
Church, a body corporate, dated March 16th, 1926, recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4543, folio 383, covering property in fee simple, at the
northwest corner of Harford Road and Louisa Avenue, in the
City of Baltimore.

64.      To the deed of assignment from Charles Bentz and
Pauline Bentz, his wife, to the Board of Trustees of the Cen-
tral Methodist Episcopal Church South, in the City of Balti-
more, dated October 27th, 1925, recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4478, folio
89, covering a leasehold estate in property No. 500 Mount
Holly Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

65.     To the deed from Safe Deposit & Trust Company of
Baltimore, Trustee, to The Board of Trustees of the Central
Methodist Episcopal Church, South, in the City of Baltimore,
dated June 3rd, 1930, recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5130, folio 51, covering
a reversionary or ground rent estate in property No. 500
Mount Holly Street, Baltimore, Maryland.

66.      To the deed from James Keelty and Nora Keelty,
his wife, to The Board of Trustees of the Central Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, in the City of Baltimore, dated
October 1st, 1928, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4930, folio 293, cover-
ing property at the northwest corner of Gelston Drive and
Wildwood Parkway, having a frontage northeasterly on Wild-
wood Parkway, of 155. 13' and a frontage westerly on Gal-
ston Drive of 135. 46'.

67.      To the deed of assignment from Samuel A. Troxell to
The Trustees of The Grace Reformed Church of Baltimore
City, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, dated Janu-
ary 25, 1927, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4691, folio 303, covering eight
properties formerly known as Nos. 1404 to 1418, both inclu-
sive, South Charles Street, the same being described in said
deed in one part and being located on the west side of Charles
Street one hundred ninety-nine (199) feet six and one-quarter
