Maryland of 1931, as amended by Chapter 148 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1933, be, and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:
200. The Judges of the Circuit Court for Prince
George's County are hereby authorized and directed to ap-
point an official court reporter for said court, who shall be
an expert stenographer, shall be a sworn officer of said
court, shall hold office during the pleasure of the judges of
said court, and shall be paid a per diem of fourteen dollars
and twenty-five cents ($14. 25) for each and every day of
actual service, payable by the County, as a part of the court
expenses, upon the presentation of the certificate of the
clerk, or of any of the judges of said court, showing the
attendance and services of said reporter.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 459.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
590 and 943 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County, " sub-titles "Justices of the Peace, " and "State's
Attorney, " as amended by Chapter 499 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1933, increasing
the salaries of the State's Attorney of said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 590 and 943 of Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Prince George's County, " sub-titles "Justices of the
Peace, " and "State's Attorney, " as amended by Chapter 499
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1933,
be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments to read as follows:.
590. The State's Attorney of Prince George's County
is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to appear be-
fore said Police Justice at any and all times he may in his
