Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, " as
amended by Chapter 124 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland of 1933, be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
842. The judges of the Orphans' Court of Prince
George's County shall each receive a per diem salary of
eleven dollars and forty cents ($11. 40) to be paid by the
County Commissioners of said county in quarterly pay-
ments; and the first payment on account of such salary shall
be made on the first Tuesday in the month of July, 1923, and
thereafter on the first Tuesday in the months of October,
January, April and July in each year; and the County Com-
missioners of said county at the time for their annual levy
for the year 1923, and annually thereafter, shall levy upon
the assessable property of the said county a sum sufficient
to pay the salaries of the judges of the Orphans' Court as
above provided.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 458.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
200 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County, "
sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-heading "Court Stenog-
rapher, " as said section was amended by Chapter 336 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1931,
as amended by Chapter 148 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1933, increasing the compensa-
tion of the Court Stenographer of Prince George's
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 200 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-
heading "Court Stenographer, " as said section was amend-
ed by Chapter 336 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
