Jail for a period not exceeding thirty days, or both, in
the discretion of the Court, and each violation shall be
considered a separate offense and conviction for one of-
fense shall not be a bar against conviction for any offense
arising thereafter.
SECTION 9. And be it further enacted, That all Acts
and parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this
Act be, and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of
their inconsistency, and nothing herein contained shall be
taken as restricting any control which the State Board of
Health of Maryland Conservation Department and the
Water Resources Commission of Maryland are empowered
to exercise within the District.
SECTION 10. And be it further enacted, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an Emergency Law and necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public health and
safety and, having been. passed by a yea and nay vote
supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the same
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 410.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
132 and 133 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County, "
sub-title "Circuit Court, " fixing the dates of the com-
mencement of the terms of the Circuit Court for Dorches-
ter County and prescribing the jury terms of said Court.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 132 and 133 of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " be,
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments to read as follows:
132. There shall be four terms of the Circuit Court for
Dorchester County in each year, commencing on the fourth
Monday in each of the months of January, April, July and
October.
