133. Juries shall be summoned to the April and October
terms.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

Approved May 17, 1935.

CHAPTER 411.

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 65 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title
"Militia, " said new sections to be known as Sections 66
to 68, both inclusive, to be under sub-title "Graves of
Soldiers and Sailors, " and to follow immediately after
Section 65 of said Article, providing for the making of
a record of the deaths and burial of war veterans and for
locating the burial places of such war veterans and re-
porting the same to the Maryland Veterans Commission.

CHAPTER 412.

AN ACT to repeal Sub-Section 15AA of Section 6 of Ar-
ticle IV of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Municipal Liens", as en-
acted by Chapter 215 of the Acts of 1933, and to re-
enact the same with amendments; to provide for the
classification of minor privileges as temporary and per-
manent; beginning with the year 1935, to limit the
lien of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore for
temporary minor privileges so as to cover only the year
for which the charge is made and revoking the said
temporary minor privilege if the said charge is not
paid by March 1st of the following year; authorizing
the manager of the Bureau of Receipts on or before
April 1st of the following year to sell the property for
which the temporary privilege was granted for the pre-
vious year's charge or record such charge in his "tax
lien record", requiring the manager of the Bureau of
Receipts to notify the applicant for said temporary
minor privilege and the owner of the property affected
