condition, The inspector or other duly authorized agent
of the Commission when in the performance of their duties
and upon presenting proper credentials issued by the Com-
mission, shall have access to private property at all rea-
sonable hours during the week day.
406M. No suit or action in law or in equity shall be
be instituted against the said Commission in the perform-
ance of its official duties and orders passed by said Com-
mission, which may result in the contamination of wells,
the overflowing or faulty operation of cess-pools, or other
means of sewage disposal, or plumbing fixtures and appur-
tenances; or the flooding of cellars by reason of stoppage
in sewer lines, high tides or other causes beyond the con-
trol of the Commission.
406N. Any person violating the provisions of this sub-
title or the rules and regulations made in pursuance there-
of, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty
of not less than $5. 00 nor more than $50. 00 for each and
every such violation.
406-0. Nothing in this sub-title shall effect the right,
powers and duties of the State Department of Health or
the Anne Arundel County Sanitary Commission or Annap-
olis City or the Annapolis Metropolitan Sewerage Com-
mission.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1935.

CHAPTER 403.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments and addi-
tions Chapter 425, Section 7C of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1933, codified as Section 7C,
following after Section 7 of Article 89B of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland (1924 Edition), en-
titled "State Roads, " relating to construction, reconstruc-
tion and maintenance of county roads and municipal
streets, and the employment of the personnel theretofore
employed.
