CHAPTER 404.

AN ACT to require all teachers in public schools, colleges
and Universities, supported in whole or in part by the
State of Maryland or any sub-division of the State, to
take the Oath of Allegiance.

(Vetoed. )

CHAPTER 405.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 405A, 405B and 405C of Ar-
ticle 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title
"Game and Furbearing Animals, " as said sections were
enacted by Chapter 292 of the Acts of 1933, said sec-
tions relating to the protection of game and furbearing
animals in Montgomery County.

(Vetoed. )

CHAPTER 406.

AN ACT to add twelve new sections to Article 43 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title
"Health", to be under sub-title "Milk", said new sections
to be known as Sections 395 to 407, both inclusive, and
to follow immediately after Section 394 of said Article,
providing for the inspection and testing of milk and
cream.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That twelve new sections be and they are here-
by added to Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1924 Edition), title "Health", to be under sub-title
"Milk", said new sections to be known as Sections 395 to
407, both inclusive, and to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 394 of said Article, and to read as follows:

395. Every creamery, shipping station, milk factory,
cheese factory, or milk condensary, or person receiving,
buying and paying for milk or cream regardless of the
method of settlement shall be required to hold a permit
for each and every place where milk or cream is received
by weight or measure: Provided, however, That nothing
