any of the inspectors for incompetency or improper conduct
upon satisfactory evidence and after an opportunity to be
heard.

406E. It shall be the duty of every person desiring to
engage in conducting the business of plumbing in Anne
Arundel County as a master plumber to exhibit his Cer-
tificate issued by the State Board of Commissioners of
practical plumbing, and to register with the Plumbing Com-
mission of Anne Arundel County, but it shall not be neces-
sary for any master plumber to maintain a place of busi-
ness in the County in order to do plumbing work in Anne
Arundel County. Every master and journeyman plumber,
licensed by the State Board of Commissioners of practical
plumbing, before doing any plumbing work or engaging in
the plumbing business in Anne Arundel County shall regis-
ter with the Plumbing Commission of Anne Arundel County
and receive a license from said Commission for which the
following annual fees shall be paid: Master Plumbers
$10. 00 and journeyman plumbers $2. 00.

All registrations and licenses shall expire one year from
date of issuance, and renewal registration and licenses shall
be issued upon the payment of the same fees as required
for original registration and licenses. In case a master
plumber goes out of business he shall promptly notify the
Commission in writing of that fact and his license shall
thereupon become void. Licenses shall not be transferred
under any circumstances, and a license issued to any mem-
ber of a firm or to an officer of a Corporation shall become
void upon the dissolution of the firm or Corporation, and a
new license shall be necessary for the person continuing said
business.

406F. Every master plumber, in business on his own
account shall have a place of business in front of which
there shall appear the sign "REGISTERED PLUMBER, "
and shall notify the Commission of any changes of address.
No plumber shall allow his name or license registry to be
used by any other person for obtaining permits, doing work
or for any purpose whatsoever. Each master plumber, who
desires to do business on his own account, shall execute and
file with the Commission satisfactory corporate bond or
bonds each in the amount of $1, 000. 00, which shall indem-
nify and save harmless the said Commission and/or owner
or party for whom the work is performed, against and from
all costs, expenses, damages, injury and/or loss to which
the said Commission or owner may be subjected by reason
