the fourteenth, twenty-first and twenty-eighth days of
April, 1936, between the hours of 7. 00 A. M. and 9 P. M.
and shall register names of voters on both of said days. The
registry of voters made under the provisions of this section
shall supersede and thereafter be used in place of, the pres-
ent registry of voters in Frederick County. Provided
further that the said several Boards of Registry in said
county shall in addition to the dates heretofore mentioned
sit on the regular days in said year 1936 as prescribed by
said Article 33 for the registry and revision of voters who
are entitled to vote in said county but who have not reg-
istered on the dates heretofore prescribed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 400.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
1 of Chapter 443 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1933 (General Session), to authorize the
Governor to grant to the United States of America, cer-
tain land lying in Prince George's County, Maryland, be-
longing to the State of Maryland, constituting a part of
the campus of the University of Maryland, and to execute
a deed for that purpose.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 1 of Chapter 443 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1933, (General Ses-
sion) be, and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, so as to read as follows:

1. That the Governor of the State of Maryland, upon
application of an authorized agent of the United States of
America setting forth a description by metes and bounds
of the lands required, is authorized and empowered for
and on behalf of the State of Maryland to grant and con-
vey to the United States of America all that tract of land
lying and being in Prince George's County, and more par-
ticularly described as follows:
