of Maryland, to Washington County, or to the Corporation
of Hagerstown, and any person or persons, association or
organized company, to whom said Agricultural and Mechan-
ical Association of Washington County shall grant the
privilege to sell, barter, show, exhibit, or in any way con-
duct any business on the grounds of said Agricultural and
Mechanical Association during any of its exhibitions, shall
in a like manner and during the time of said exhibition be
exempt from the payment of any State, county or municipal
license. Provided, however, that the holding of any harness
racing shall not affect the rights of said Association under
Section 13 of Article 78B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.

CHAPTER 337.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
94 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929
Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title
"Crabs, " pertaining to the season for taking crabs in
Worcester County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 94 of Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Fish and
Fisheries, " sub-title "Crabs, " be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
94. Worcester County. It shall be unlawful for any
person or persons to take, catch or gather crabs in any of
the waters of Worcester County between the first day of
December and the first day of April next succeeding, in
each and every year.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1935.
