"Wills" Liber 17, folio 479, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County; viz:

(a) To the bequest of Three Hundred Dollars to the Board
of Trustees of the Broadfording Congregation of the Church
of the Brethren, commonly known as the Broadfording
Dunkard Church, as set forth in Item Two of said Will.

(b) To the bequest of Seven Hundred Dollars to the
World Wide Mission Board of the Church of the Brethren,
as set forth in Item Three of said Will.

140. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Tes-
tament of Louisa C. Hammond, late of Carroll County, in the
State of Maryland, deceased, of Three Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars to the Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Taneytown, Carroll County, in the State of Mary-
land, the same to be securely invested by them, and the in-
come arising therefrom to be used for keeping the grave of
said testatrix and the graves of her near relatives in good
condition and for other cemetery purposes.

141. To the grant and deed executed by Joshua Ehudin
and Louis Ehudin, to The Chofetz Chaim Congregation, Inc.,
dated March 6, 1935, and duly recorded among the Land
Eecords of Baltimore City, conveying property No. 2001
Presbury Street, in Baltimore City, to the said The Chofetz
Chaim Congregation, Inc.

142. To bequest to the Trustees of Center Street Meth-
odist Episcopal Church $1,500.00 to be applied to the Im-
provement Fund. As contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Alexander Adams, admitted to probate in the Or-
phans' Court of Allegany County, Md., January 22,1935, and
recorded in Wills Liber Q, page 570.

143. To the bequests contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Elizabeth M. Kreh, late of Frederick County
and the State of Maryland, deceased, to the Grand Lodge of
Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of Maryland, a body
corporate, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), to be
added by said Grand Lodge to the Masonic Home Fund
in memory of Edward H. Kreh, a brother of the Testatrix,
and, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, ($200.00), to the
Grand Lodge of Maryland Independent Order of Odd Fellows
of Maryland, a body corporate, to be invested and the income
therefrom to be used for the pleasure of the aged residents
of the Odd Fellows Home belonging to said Independent
Order of Odd Fellows and located at Frederick, Maryland.
