the Aged, San Mar, Maryland, and conditionally to the Luth-
eran Home of Loysville, Pennsylvania, Item 2 of the6 Will.
(c) To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars unto the
Saint Peter's Lutheran Church of Keedysville, Item 4 of the
Will.
(d) To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to the Saint
Peter's Lutheran Church of Keedysville, Item 6 of the Will.
(e) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to the
Lutheran Orphans' Home at Loysville, Item 7 of the Will.
136. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of O. H. Williams Hagan, deceased, of
record in "Wills" Liber 17, folio 463, one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County;
viz:
(a) To the gift of certain personal property to the Wash-
ington County Hospital Association, as contained in the Item
1 of the First Codicil to the Last Will and Testament.
(b) To the gift in remainder, upon certain contingencies,
to the Rose Hill Cemetery of Hagerstown, as set forth in
Second Codicil of the Last Will and Testament.
137. To the bequest of Three Hundred Dollars unto the
Rose Hill Cemetery Company of Hagerstown, as contained
in Item 2 of the Last Will and Testament of Jess M. Mc-
Kee, deceased, recorded in "Wills" Liber 17, folio 471, one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills of
Washington County.
138. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Ella J. Clarkson, deceased, of record in
"Wills," Liber 17, folio 476, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of.Wills of Washington County; viz:
(a) To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars to the Rose
Hill Cemetery Company, Hagerstown, Maryland.
(b) To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars to the Pastor
of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church of Hagerstown, Mary-
land, and the sum of Fifty Dollars to the Assistant Pastor
of said Church.
