"Wills" Liber 17, folio 432, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County; viz:

(a) To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars unto the
First Brethren Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, Item
Fifth of the Will.

(b) To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars unto Ash-
land College of Ashland, Ohio, Item Sixth of the Will.

(c) To the bequest of Fifty Dollars unto the Brethren
Old Folks Home of Flora, Indiana, Item Seventh of the Will.

133. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of George P. Spessard, deceased, of
record in "Wills" Liber 17, folio 436, one of the record
books in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington
County; viz:

(a) To the gift of certain preferred stock unto the United
Brethren Church of Chewsville.

(b) To the gift of certain stocks to the Beard's Church,
Chewsville, Maryland.

(c) To the gift of certain stock to Shiloh United Brethren
Church near Chewsville.

(d) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to the
Orphans' Home at San Mar, Maryland.

(e) To the bequests of Five Thousand Dollars each to
the Quincy Orphans Home and Old Peoples Home, Quincy,
Pennsylvania.

(f) To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars to the
Smithsburg, Maryland Cemetery.

(g) To the bequest of Five Hundred Dollars unto the
Reformed Church of Leitersburg.

134. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Anna Showaiter, deceased, of record in
"Wills" Liber 17, folio 439, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County; viz:

(a) To the bequest of One Hundred Dollars unto the Tris-
sel Mennonnite Church, Broadway, Rockingham County,
Virginia, Item Second of the Will.

(b) To the bequest of Two Hundred Dollars unto the
Pleasant View Mennonnite Church near Dayton, Rocking-
ham County, Virginia.

135. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Edward E. Hutzell, deceased, of
record in "Wills" Liber 17, folio 440, one of the record
books in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington
