714 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 318

101. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Joseph J. Hummel, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 176, folio 78, viz:

(a) To the Pastor of St. Martin's Roman Catholic Church
of Baltimore City, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00).

(b) To Father Bede, now the Pastor of Fourteen Holy
Martyrs' Roman Catholic Church the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00).

(c) To the Pastor of Fourteen Holy Martyrs' Roman
Catholic Church of Baltimore City, the sum of Five Hun-
dred Dollars ($500.00).

(d) To the Pastor of St. Joseph's Monastery Roman Cath-
olic Church in Irvington, the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1000.00).

(e) To the Pastor of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church,
at Queenstown, Maryland, the sum of Fifteen Hundred
Dollars ($1500.00).

(f) To the Associated Professors of St. Mary's Seminary
of Baltimore City, the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1000.00).

102. To the deed and conveyance executed and delivered
by Charles M. Mackley et al, to I. William Mackley, Charles
F. Kelbaugh, Emory F. Stottlemyer, William H. Cover and
John J. Shindledecker, Trustees of the United Brethren in
Christ Church, Thurmont, Maryland (also known as "The
Trustees of Weller's Church of the United Brethren in
Christ at Mechanicstown, Frederick County, Maryland, a
body corporate) their successors and assigns, dated June
30, 1928, conveying two parcels of ground, situated in Thu.r-
mont, in Frederick County, Maryland, containing in the ag-
gregate five acres of land, more or less the first parcel being
a tract of three acres, and 148 perches, more or less,
described in a deed from Martin L. Creager et al. Executors
to Charles M. Mackley et al. dated September 19, 1902 and
recorded in Liber S. T. H. No. 265, folio 318, one of the
Land Records of Frederick County, the other parcel being
a part of Lot No. 12 as described on a plat filed with the
Report of Sales by the Executors of James Creager and
recorded in Report of Sales of Real Estate Record C. E. S.
No. 1, folio 260, one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills for Frederick County, said parcel of land
fronting 60 feet on an alley as described on said plat in the
rear of Lot No. 7, and having a depth of 149 feet, as shown
on said Plat.
