southeast side of Sollers Point Road, having a frontage
southeasterly on the northeast side of East Avenue, of 48
feet with an even width or depth northeasterly of 105 feet.

98. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Ella M. Warnefeld, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 180, folio 531, viz :

(a) To 'the Little Sisters of the Poor of Baltimore City,
the sum of One Hundred Dollars .($100.00).

(b) To the Pastor of St. Martin's Roman Catholic Church
the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

99. To the following bequests and devises contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Mary C. Callahan, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, of record in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 178,
folio 402, viz:

(a) To Reverend Louis O'Donovan, Pastor of St. Mar-
tin's Roman Catholic Church, in Baltimore City, the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00).

(b) To St. Mary's Day Nursery of Baltimore City, the
sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

(c) To St. Vincent's Infant Asylum of the City of Balti-
more the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).

(d) To St. Vincent's Male Orphan Asylum of Baltimore
City the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).

(e) To the Little Sisters of the Poor, Baltimore, Mary-
land, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).

(f) To Trustees of St. Charles College, at Catonsville,
Maryland, residuary.

100. To the following bequests and devises contained in
the Last Will and Testament of Reverend Stephen T. Morris,
late of Baltimore City, deceased, of record in the office of the
Register of Wills of said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No.
181, folio 39, viz:

(a) To Sister Superior of St. Jerome's Roman Catholic
School, 761 W. Hamburg Street, in the City of Baltimore,
the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).

(b) To Reverend Maurice W. Roche, the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

(c) To the Little Sisters of the Poor, Baltimore, Mary-
land, and the Little Sisters of the Poor, Washington, D, C.,
