94. To Deed from Margaret J. Vanderbogart, et al, to
William F. Messick, et al, Trustees of Trinity Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, of Salisbury, Maryland, dated June
llth, 1931, and recorded among the Land Records of Wi-
comico County, Maryland, in Liber I. D. T. No. 168, folio
564, &c.

95. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Gilbert Freundlich, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, and which said Will is recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B.
No. 180, folio 379, viz:

(a) To the Har Sinai Congregation of Baltimore City, the
sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).

(b) To the Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore, the
sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

(c) To the Hebrew Friendship Cemetery, the sum of Two
hundred Eighty Dollars ($280.00).

96. To the grant, deed, sale, conveyance from Milton A.
Rayme and Katie G. Rayme, his wife, by and through their
Attorney in Fact, Fillmore Cook, to The New Shiloh Baptist
Church of Baltimore County, Maryland, Inc., a body cor-
porate, dated July 10th, 1934, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County, in Liber C. W. B. Jr. No.
938, folio 246 &c., conveying two certain lots of ground
situated in Baltimore County, Maryland, known as Lots
Nos. 62 and 63 on the Plat of the "First Addition to Turner"
which Plat is recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more County in Plat Book W. P. C. No. 5, folio 10, and which
lots are on the northeast side of East Avenue, beginning at
the distance of 152 feet southeasterly from the southeast
side of Sellers Point Road, having a frontage southeasterly
on the northeast side of East Avenue, of 48 feet with an
even depth or width northeasterly of 105 feet.

97. To the grant, conveyance and mortgage from the
said The New Shiloh Baptist Church of Baltimore County,
Maryland, Inc., to Milton A. Rayme and Katie G. Rayme, his
wife, dated March —, 1935, and intended to be recorded
among the Land and Mortgage Records of Baltimore
County, made for the sum of Six Hundred Fifty-six Dollars
and Fifty Cents ($656.50), and conveying two certain lots
of ground situated in Baltimore County, Maryland, known
as Lots Nos. 62 and 63 on the plat of the "First Addition
to Turner," which plat is recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County in Plat Book W. P. C. No. 5, folio 10,
