38. To the following gifts contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Catherine A. Stehman, deceased, late of Bal-
timore City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 181, folio 137, viz:

(a) The Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City (called in Will Home for the Aged
of the Methodist Episcopal Church).

(b) Presbyterian Eye, Ear and Throat Charity Hospital
of Baltimore City (called in Will Presbyterian Eye, Ear
and Throat Hospital).

(c) Kelso Home for Orphans of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City (called in Will Kelso Home),
and to the gift in remainder contained in said Will, viz:

(d) Strawbridge Home for Boys, Inc. (called in Will
Strawbridge Home for Boys).

39. To the following contingent gifts in remainder, con-
tained in the Last Will and Testament of Charles W. Wright,
deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the Office of
the Register of Wills for said City in Wills Liber J. H. B.
No. 180, folio 385, viz:

(a) Bethesda Methodist Episcopal Church of Preston,
Caroline County, Maryland.

(b) The Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City.

(c) Kelso Home for the Orphans of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore City (called in Will Kelso Home
for Orphans of the Methodist Episcopal Church, Inc. )

(d) The Strawbridge Home for Boys, Inc.

40. To the contingent gift in remainder to Presbyterian
Home of Maryland, Inc. (called in Will Presbyterian Home
for the Aged), contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Nancy Irwin Carey Bailey, deceased, late of Baltimore City,
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City
in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 174, folio 237.

41. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary C. Numsen, deceased, late of Balti-
more City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 179, folio 337, viz:

(a) The Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
