42. To the bequest to Associated Jewish Charities of
Baltimore City, contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Abraham Samuels, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City
in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 181, folio 302.

43. To the following gifts contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Isaac Frank, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 177, folio 491, viz:

(a) Baltimore Hebrew Congregation.

(b) Baltimore Hebrew Congregation Cemetery,
(c) Hebrew Friendship Cemetery Company.

(d) Jewish Home for Consumptives.

(e) Hebrew Friendly Inn and Aged Home.

(f) Hebrew Free Burial Society.

(g) Associated Jewish Charities.

(h) Hebrew Home for Incurables.

44. To the following gifts contained in the Last Will and
Testament and Codicil thereto of Frederick Bauernschmidt,
deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the Office of
the Register of Wills for said City in Wills Liber J. W. S.
No. 176, folio 17, viz:

(a) The Methodist Hospital Association, Incorporated,
now engaged in the conduct of the Maryland General Hospi-
tal (of Baltimore City) for the use of said Hospital.

(b) The Trustees of the Zion Church of the City of Bal-
timore, called in Will Zion Church of the City of Baltimore,
whose edifice is situated between Gay and Holliday Streets,
in Baltimore City, on or near the City Hall Plaza,

(c) The Sisters of Mercy in the City of Baltimore, for the
use of Mercy Hospital.

(d) The Port Mission of Baltimore City.

45. To the gift to the "Redemptorists" contained in the
Deed recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County
in Liber N. B. M. No. 242, folio 252, from George Brehm
to Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore, Trustee,
dated January 4,1900, and in the Confirmatory Deed record-
