Josephine Reeder Hughes (unmarried); Olive Reeder Stew-
art and S. Lurman Stewart, her husband; to The Electors
of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, a body corporate,
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland,
dated July 23, 1934, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City aforesaid in Liber S. C. L. No. 5458, folio
66, conveying the ground rent and extinguishing the same
to the above mentioned property No. 1914 Madison Avenue
to the end that said property be vested in The Electors of
the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation in fee simple.

4. To the bequest to the Nanticoke Methodist Episcopal
Church, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), as
contained in the Last Will and Testament of William S.
Travers, deceased, dated April 18th, 1931, which said Will
was duly probated in the Orphans' Court for Wicomico
County, Maryland, on the 12th day of February, 1935, and
is of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
Wicomico County, Maryland, in Wills Book M. N. N. No. 1,
folio 579.

5. To the Trustees of the Highlandtown Methodist' Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore County, sometimes called the
Highland Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church, now located
at Highland Avenue and Pratt Street, the sum of Five Hun-
dred Dollars ($500.00), as contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Enoch Baker Webb, deceased, recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber E. R. D. No. 174, folio 375.

6. To Deed from Elbridge Chickering Hill and Mattie L.
Hill, his wife, and Laura L. Carr, Mortgagee, to The Vestry
of Holy Trinity Parish of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Maryland, a body corporate, dated July
llth, 1928, and recorded among the Land Records of Carroll
County in Liber E. M. M. Jr. No. 151, folio 99, &c., convey-
ing 135 square perches of land, more or less, located in the
town of Sykesville, Carroll County.

7. To the gift, grant, devise and bequest made by the
Last Will and Testament of Louise Hertlein, late of Balti-
more County, deceased, dated September 30th, 1931, and
probated by the Orphans' Court for Baltimore County, to
Saint John's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore
City in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00).
