(cc) To the Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted
Masons of Maryland, a body corporate, Ground Rent of One
Hundred Eighty Dollars ($180.00) issuing out of property
Situated in the City of Baltimore now known as No. 832 E.
Baltimore Street, and described as follows:

"BEGINNING for the same at a point on the north side
of Baltimore Street as now widened at the distance of seven-
teen feet nine and one-half inches westerly from the north-
west corner of Baltimore and High Streets as now located
and running thence westerly bounding on the north side of
Baltimore Street eighteen feet two inches, thence northerly
by a straight line forty-seven and one-half feet, to the south
side of an alley four feet wide there situate intersecting the
said south side of said alley at a point thirty-four feet eight
inches westerly from the west side of High Street, thence
easterly bounding on said alley with the use thereof in com-
mon seventeen feet six inches and thence southerly by a
straight line fifty and one-fourth feet to the place of begin-
ning. (See Land Records of Baltimore City, Liber S. C. L.
No. 2235, folio 71 &c., Deed from Louis Buckner et al, to the
said Arthur Wallenhorst, and see also Liber S. C. L. No.
2235, folio 232 &c.

2. To The Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, Five Hun-
dred Dollars ($500.00). Contained in paragraph ten of the
Last Will and Testament of Laura F. Greif, dated October
4th, 1933, and recorded among the records of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 181,
folio

3. (a) To a Deed from Aaron Straus and Lillian Straus,
his wife, to The Electors of the Baltimore Hebrew Congre-
gation, a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws
of the State of Maryland, Dated October 9th, 1920, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 3654, folio 345, conveying the leasehold interest
in a lot of ground situated on the southwest side of Madison
Avenue at the distance of one hundred and eighty-four feet
southeasterly from Presstman Street and running thence
southeasterly binding on Madison Avenue twenty-one feet
with an even depth southwesterly of one hundred and
twenty feet to the northeasterly side of a twenty-one foot
alley with the use thereof in common. The improvements
thereon being now known as No. 1914 Madison Avenue, and
subject to the payment of the annual rent of $189.00.

(b) To a Deed from C. Howard Reeder, substituted Trus-
tee ; C. Howard Reeder and Annie Kensett Reeder, his wife;
