(b) Deed from John G. Rogers, et al, dated December
4th, 1912, and recorded among the Land Records of How-
ard County in Liber W. W. L. C. No. 94, folio 86, etc.
(c) Deed from Elizabeth W. D. Ligon, S. Augusta Ligon
and Thomas W. Ligon Thompson, dated July 9th, 1923, and
recorded among the Land Records of Howard County in
Liber H. B. N. No. 118, folio 237, etc.
9. To the two Deeds to The Pallottine Fathers House of
Studies, Inc., a body corporate, as follows:
(a) Deed from Albert F. Albright and Annie V. Al-
bright, his wife, dated April 27th, 1928, and recorded among
the Land Records of Howard County in Liber H. S. K. No.

(b) Deed from Catherine Poulton and William Poulton
her husband, dated April 24th, 1928, and recorded among
the Land Records of Howard County in Liber H. S. K. No.
133, folio 424, etc.
. 10. To Deed from Herman F. Otten to The Evangelical
Lutheran St. John's Congregation of Pfeiffer's Corner, a
body corporate, dated December 10th, 1934, and recorded
among the Land Records of Howard County in Liber B. M.
Jr. No. "150, folio 356, etc., conveying two and one-half acres
of land, more or less, in the First Election District of How-
ard County.
11. To bequest to St. Bartholomew's P. E. Church of
Baltimore City, the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1000.00), as contained in the Last Will and Testament of
Annie M. Dryden Trundle, probated April 10th, 1934, in
the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and recorded among
the records of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in
Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 179, folio 301.
12. To the bequest to St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of One Thousand
Dollars ($1000.00) as contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Elizabeth Nicklas, deceased, which Will is now of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 179, folio 157, etc.
