337U. Any city or incorporated town in said county
may impose such additional regulations or restrictions upon
the sale of beer herein provided for as may be authorized
or provided by ordinance.

337UA. Nothing contained in the provisions of Sections
337A to 337E, both inclusive, of this Article or any other
section thereof, shall apply to or affect licenses issued by
the State of Maryland to the owner or operator of any
steam or electric railway or club, parlor, buffet, observa-
tion, sleeping or dining cars, operated within this State,
with respect to the sale of beer, wine and liquor or other
alcoholic beverages under such licenses in Garrett County.

337V. Any person violating any of the provisions of this
Act, for which special penalty is not hereinbefore pro-
vided for, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon con-
viction thereof, shall be fined not less than one hundred
dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, and in default
of the payment of such fine imprisoned in the House of
Correction for not exceeding two years, or both fined and
imprisoned, in the discretion of the Court, and in addition
thereto the license issued under the provisions of this Act
to any person so convicted shall automatically stand re-
voked, and the license of any licensee who shall sell, give
or permit the sale or giving away of any alcoholic beverage
not authorized under the terms of this Act on his premises
or in connection with his business, shall, upon conviction,
be automatically forfeited. In case of the revocation of any
license no other license may be issued to the same person
or for the same premises for a period of two years.

337W. And be it further enacted, That all other laws
or parts of law, whether general or local, inconsistent with
the provisions of this Act, be, and the same are hereby re-
pealed, to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.

337X. And be it further enacted, That should any sec-
tion or part of section of this Act be held to be invalid for
any reason, such holding shall not be construed as affecting
the validity of any remaining section or part of a section
of this Act, it being the legislative intent that the remainder
of this Act shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of
such section or part of a section.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That before any part
of this Act shall be affective, said Sections 337A-337X, in-
