(b) It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this
Act to employ any person under the age of twenty-one
years in the sale of beer or in connection with the business
thereof.
(c) It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this
Act to allow any minor or minors under the age of twenty-
one years to loaf or loiter about the place of business for
which such license is issued.
(d) It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this
Act to allow any disorderly or disreputable persons to con-
gregate at the place for which such license is granted.
(e) It shall be unlawful for any retail dealer to pur-
chase any beer except from a duly licensed wholesaler legal-
ly entitled to sell the same and no retail dealer shall at any
time keep or permit to be kept upon the licensed premises
any alcoholic beverages of any kind except the beer pur-
chased as aforesaid.
(f) It shall be unlawful for any person having a license
under this Act to sell, barter, furnish or give away any
beer on Sundays or on any election or primary election day
or between the hours of twelve o'clock midnight and seven
o'clock A. M. on any day.
(g) It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this
Act to violate any provision of his application or of the
license issued thereunder.
337R. If any affidavit or oath required under the pro-
visions of this Act shall contain any false statement, the
offender shall be deemed guilty of perjury and upon in-
dictment and conviction thereof shall be subject to the
penalties provided by law for that crime.
337S. In all hearings upon applications and remon-
strances under the provisions of this Act, the general repu-
tation of the applicant or licensee and of the place of busi-
ness and of the people who congregate therein or thereat
shall be admissible in evidence.
337T. The State's Attorney, Sheriff or County Com-
missioners of Garrett County or any persons who may be
employed or designated by them for said purpose, or any
other peace officer of Garrett County are hereby empow-
ered to inspect the premises of any licensee, whether whole-
saler or retailer, at any time and confiscate any beer or
other alcoholic beverages which may be found thereon in
violation of this Act or any other liquor law of Garrett
County.
