or any brewer or bottler, or become indebted to any such
person except for the purchase of beer.

3370. No retail dealer shall be permitted to employ any
solicitor or salesman for the purpose of soliciting, outside
of the licensed place of business, orders for the sale of any
beer, and no sale of beer may be consummated outside of
the licensed place of business. All sales by retail dealers
shall be for cash only and no suit shall be maintained by
any retail dealer against any person for beer which has
been sold on credit.

337P. No person, other than a citizen of the United
States of America shall have any interest of any kind or
character in any business for which a license is issued
hereunder, and no license hereunder shall be issued to any
person who is not a resident of Garrett County, a duly
registered voter therein for at least one year prior to the
date of his application and had an established business in
Garrett County for the same period of time, nor shall any
license be issued to any one who has a federal license for
any alcoholic beverages other than beer, and if after ob-
taining a license to sell beer as hereinbefore provided for,
said licensee shall obtain a federal license to sell other al-
coholic beverages his county license to sell beer shall be
null and void and he shall be liable to prosecution for sale
without license. No license shall be issued to sell beer in
any pool room or bowling alley or place connected there-
with.

337Q. No license shall be issued for the sale of beer on
any premises nor shall any holder of any such license sell
or permit to be sold or furnish upon any premises any
beer, except in a room having one or more plain glass
windows fronting on the street or highway so as to enable
persons standing on the ground or highway to observe the
interior of the premises at all hours during which sales are
prohibited, and during such hours no curtains, blinds or
other obstruction shall be placed before such window or
windows, and every such place shall have an entrance
fronting on the street or highway which shall be open at
all hours during which beer is being sold.

377R. 1 (a) No person shall knowingly sell, barter, fur-
nish or give any beer in Garrett County to any person who
is a minor or under the age of 21 years.
