such purchaser or transferee need not be a resident of
Prince George's County prior to such sale and transfer.

Section 565-F. The annual fee for a Class B Beer, Wine
and Liquor License in Prince George's County is hereby
reduced from Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750) to Five
Hundred Dollars ($500).

Section 565-G. No holder of any retail liquor license in
Prince George's County shall be permitted to sell any alco-
holic beverages between the hours of 2 a. m. and 6 a. m. and
no holder of a Class B Beer, Wine and Liquor License shall
be permitted to sell any beverage other than" Beer" or "Beer
and Light Wine" after mid-night Saturday and before mid-
night on Sunday following, and no holder of a Class A
Beer, Wine and Liquor License shall be permitted to make
any sale between the hour of mid-night and 6 a. m., or
on Sunday.

Section 565-H. No holder of any retail license issued
by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's Coun-
ty shall be permitted to sell in a sealed package or con-
tainer less than one-half pint of any alcoholic beverage.

Section 565-1. Any incorporated Town in Prince George's
County shall be authorized to require any license holder for
any place of business situated in such town to pay to such
town an additional annual license fee not exceeding 20 per
cent of the fee payable under the provisions of Article 2-B
of the Code of Public General Laws as modified by this Act.

Section 565-J. It shall be unlawful for any holder of
any license issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Prince George's County to have in his possession on the
licensed premises, or permit to be kept on the licensed prem-
ises any alcoholic beverages which the said license holder is
not authorized by law to sell.

Section 565-K. Any person violating any of the pro-
visions of this Act shall, upon conviction, be subject to a
fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1000), or to im-
prisonment not exceeding two years, or both fine and im-
prisonment in the discretion of the court.

Section 565-L. A Class B Beer, Wine and Liquor License
may be issued to any Agricultural Association, or Agricul-
tural Fair Association where restaurant facilities are avail-
able or to the duly authorized concessionaires of any such
