Section 413. The provisions of Section 5 of said Chap-
ter 2 of the Laws of the State of Maryland, made and
passed at the Extraordinary Session of the General Assem-
bly of 1933, shall apply with full force and effect in Balti-
more County, except that every individual natural person
applying for any of the licenses hereinbefore mentioned and
described shall further be a registered voter in Baltimore
County, and in the case of corporations, firms, partner-
ships and unincorporated associations (exclusive of clubs,
however), the registered voter required on their applica-
tions shall be further required to own and possess in his
own right at least a twenty-five per cent mone-
tary interest in the organization on behalf of which
he applies; and with the further exception that appli-
cations for renewals of licenses (but not otherwise) in
Baltimore County need not be supported by voters' cer-
tificates.

Section 414. The definitions of "hotel" and "restaurant"
as set forth in paragraphs 14 and 15, respectively, of Sec-
tion 1 of said Chapter 2 of the Laws of the State of Mary-
land, made and passed at the Extraordinary Session of the
General Assembly of 1933, shall not apply in Baltimore
County; but in lieu thereof, the Board of License Commis-
sioners for Baltimore County are hereby authorized to de-
fine each of the same and to establish the qualifications and
attribute both as to person and premises that shall be re-
quired in Baltimore County for the issuance of hotel and/or
restaurant licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages in
said county.

Section 415. The provisions of Section 5 of said Chap-
ter 2 of the Laws of the State of Maryland, made and
passed at the Extraordinary Session of the General As-
sembly of 1933, shall apply with full force and effect in Bal-
timore County, except that the ten signing voters therein
referred to shall not be required to own real estate situ-
ated in the voting precinct in which the applicant proposes
to do business, but in lieu thereof, said ten signers and
each of them shall own real estate within a radius of one
mile of the premises wherein the applicant proposes to
conduct his business under the license applied for.

Section 416. The provisions of Section 6 of said Chap-
ter 12 of the Laws of the State of Maryland, made and
passed at the Extraordinary Session of the General As-
sembly of 1938, shall apply with full force and effect in
