(3) SPECIAL LICENSES

As provided in said Chapter 2.

Section 412. (1) The following classes of licenses
shall authorize their holders to exercise the privileges there-
by conferred from 6 A. M. to 2 A, M. on the day following
of each and every day, including Sunday, but excluding the
day on which any general, special and/or primary election
shall be held, and in the event of such election days, such
holders shall not exercise any of such privileges until 6
A. M. on the day following such elections:

BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSES
Class C, on sale, clubs
Class D, on sale, generally

BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES
Class B, on sale hotels and restaurants
Class C, on sale, clubs

(2) The following classes of licenses shall authorize
their holders to exercise the privileges thereby conferred
from 6 A. M. to 2 A. M. on the day following of each and
every day, excluding Sunday and the day on which any
general, special and/or primary election shall be held, and
in the event of such election days, such holders shall not
exercise any of such privileges until 6 A. M. on the day fol-
lowing such elections:

Class D, on sale, taverns.

(3) The following classes of licenses shall authorize
their holders to exercise the privileges thereby conferred
from 6 A. M. to 11 P. M. of the same day of each and every
day, excluding Sunday and the day on which any general,
special and/or primary election shall be held, and in the
event of such elections days, such holders shall not exercise
any of such privileges until 6 A. M. on the day following
such elections:
