Baltimore County, except, however, that it shall be suffi-
cient to make the publication as therein specified in any two
newspapers published in Baltimore County, at least one of
which shall be of general circulation in said county.

Section 417. The provisions of Section 43 of said Chap-
ter 2 of the Laws of the State of Maryland, made and
passed at the Extraordinary Session of the General As-
sembly of 1933, shall apply with full force and effect in Bal-
timore County, except that the notice of hearing therein
required shall be at least five days instead of ten days as
therein provided.

Section 418. The service or sale of alcoholic beverages at
or over any bar and/or counter on Sunday is hereby pro-
hibited in Baltimore County.

Section 419. No license, except Class G, BEER AND
LIGHT WINE LICENSES, and also Class G, BEER, WINE
AND LIQUOR LICENSES, shall be issued for the sale
of alcoholic beverages on any premises in Baltimore
County, and no holder of any such license shall sell or
permit to be sold or furnished upon any premises in Balti-
more County any such beverages, except in a room having
one or more plain glass windows on the street or highway
so as to enable persons standing on the ground or high-
way to observe the interior of the premises at all hours
during which sales are prohibited, and during such hours no
curtain, blind or other obstruction shall be placed before
such window or windows, and every such place shall have
an entrance facing on the street which shall be open at
all hours during which sales are being made.

Section 420. No person under twenty-one years of age
shall be employed in the sale of alcoholic beverages in Bal-
timore County by any holder of a license of any class.

Section 421. The provisions of Section 15 of said Chap-
ter 2 of the Laws of the State of Maryland, made and passed
at the Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly of
1933, shall apply with full force and effect in Baltimore
County, except, however, that after a license has been
once surrendered, with or without refund, it shall be within
the discretion of the Board of License Commissioners for
Baltimore County to decide when, if at all, a subsequent
license, regardless of class, shall be issued either to the
